Very good again Great service from Seb and company. Only complaint- the hotel say that it is forbidden to reserve sunloungers with towels but do nothing to enforce this rule. So it is very difficult to get one if you’re not up very early.

Lovely place, kept very clean, with courteous & welcoming staff. Breakfast service is superb, wide choice and cooked items prepared to order, not kept under a heat-lamp as is usual. A nice touch - everyone enjoying the sunshine by the pool is offered a glass of sangria at noon. Cleaning is done each day, very well. I didn’t use Room Service but it looked good. I wish I’d known that they have a gym; I didn’t see that on the on-screen TV in the room.

We had great holidays at Neptuno Hotel and Playa del Ingles. All was fine as the other times we checked with Gay Maspalomas ! Thanks a lot to you!
