Lovely place, kept very clean, with courteous & welcoming staff. Breakfast service is superb, wide choice and cooked items prepared to order, not kept under a heat-lamp as is usual. A nice touch - everyone enjoying the sunshine by the pool is offered a glass of sangria at noon. Cleaning is done each day, very well. I didn’t use Room Service but it looked good. I wish I’d known that they have a gym; I didn’t see that on the on-screen TV in the room.

A few words to comment our journey (Raul Malavasi and my friend Lorenzo Boni) in Gran Canaria.

Our staying at Hotel Neptuno was great, two double rooms single use close as we requested.
The hotel is not new but perfect from every point of view, kitchen, swimming pool, quiet and especially the location,
a few meters from the Jumbo Center.

The Transfer from the airport on arrival, and to the airport at the start was perfect, we went out on the very precise driver.

The Maspalomas Gay Card is helpful for entry to the Zoo and also in some stores, to get small discounts but always welcome.

Everything perfect, and especially Sebastian you have been an enviable efficiency, praise to you.
