The Hits of the 50's and 60's together with the Miss Beautiful Gay 2013 competition

It was the evening of Rock'n Roll and Twist, of the petticoat and evergreens!
And it was the evening of a further (of many more) competitions during the Gay Pride 2013.

A varied show on the stage in the Yumbo Center, together with the "Miss Beautiful Gay 2013" competition.

The program on the stage was good - Rock'n Roll with Jimmy G (Elvis), German pop and hits from Ladina (Que sera, Rollin on the river...) and much more...

And this small boy was a big star on the stage: Joe L (8 years old), he entertained the audience....

Miss Beautiful Gran Canaria 2013

For the first time in Gran Canaria - 11 men who transformed into charming ladies and
who wanted to win the titel of Miss Beautiful!

The decision was made in 3 rounds (it took very long, the entire show lasted almost 4 hours).

The "ladies" first presented themselves in clothes in rainbow colors, afterwards in swimwear and in the end in evening dresses...

Partially really good illusions, it had everything a Miss competition needs!
(A subjective note: A shorter competition would have eventually been more entertaining for the audience, but well ...)

The competition was sponsored by Nail Art Painters and beside the three winners the following categories were awarded with prizes: elegance - sympathy - best photogenic - best evening wear

Miss Beautiful Gran Canaria 2013 and winner of 600 €...

Well, we have the Miss Beautiful 2013, there will be many, many more competitions and ceremonies during Pride 2013 -
Mr Gay Gran Canaria Ms Lesbian Gran Canaria Drag Queen, 2013, Pride's talent ... the juries will not be without work!

Tomorrow (Tuesday) the whole Yumbo Center will be dressed in pink again - The traditional Pink Night
(together with street entertainment) will take place and of course, the semi-finals of the Pride's talent on stage
(evening in the Yumbo Center)
