Start of German Carnival - The Gay Beach on 11/11

It has a long tradition in Maspalomas ...

The start of the German Carnival is extensively celebrated each year on the Gay Beach in Maspalomas (kiosk No.7).
And so also in 2015...

The weather was not as good as we are used to, it was quite windy and overcast, but still warm enough - The party was great anyway and the beach around the kiosk No. 7 was full, fuller, the fullest...

Eccentric costumes, high heels, Prosecco and beer - The passing tourists could see a lot again and have much to tell back home.

This is Gran Canaria, this is the 11.11, this is the Gay Beach at the kiosk No. 7...

Meanwhile, the sky is blue, people still celebrating on the beach and then we all are ready for the first Pride Walk (Parade) of Winter Pride.

Scheduled beginning is at 6pm in front of Hotel Riu Palace and the walk will end at/in the Yumbo Center.
It will be followed by a massive Schlagerparty to celebrate Winter Pride and the start of German Carnival...

There is no need of more words, we have been trying to post a lot of impressions from this "beach party" - and of course we are part of the Pride Walk as well...
